Last Friday night, the Lady Tigers softball team were on the road to play Grundy County/Newtown-Harris. Brashear and Grundy each scored 2 runs in the 1st, but Brashear scored 4 in the 2nd to take the lead for good. A nine-run 4th inning allowed Brashear to put the game away with a 20-5 win in 5 innings. Paige Stutsman had a homer and a triple with Cassie Althide, Heidi Lay,Tayla Garlock, Lana Vansickle, and Maddie Moots also having hits. Cassidy Althide got the start and the win striking out 6.
